Sr. Langosta is a Puerto Rican band focused on experimentation and improvisation. The conversation begins in the jazz/jam band context, but at its core a richness of influences and rhythms dialogue to create a unique picture of what contemporary Caribbean music can be. 

Sr. Langosta, founded in 2013 by composer Jorge Andrés Ferreras (guitar), Manuel Rodríguez (electric bass) and Leonardo Osuna (drums), has carved out a unique niche in the world of experimental music. Over the years, the band has released four albums: “Sr. Langosta” (2014), “El Experimento Caribeño” (Repeadope Records, 2017), “HECATOMBE “(2021), and “Codex Oblongata” (2024).
